When needing to return merchandise for any reason you must
contact us by phone (425) 644-3448 within 10 days of receipt
of your order to obtain a return authorization number.

All returns received without an authorization number will be returned
at senders expense.

All returned merchandise must be undamaged in original condition,
un-cut and on factory line. We will not accept restrung merchandise.

Returned merchandise must be received within 14 days of receipt
to obtain a store credit, refund or an exchange. All shipping charges
will not be refunded. All credit card refunds are subject to a
10% restocking fee unless the return was do to our error.

When returning items we strongly recommend boxed packaging
and bubble wrap like it is received. Merchandise received
damaged during shipping will not be credited. We also
recommend insurance on the package as well. We are
not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Please include a copy of the original invoice with returned
items circled. Please address the return with the following
